If you are unhappy with your purchase or need to exchange for a different size, please contact us at support@wildinglife.com to initiate an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed and unworn with no visible marks.
- Any signs of damage, usage, washing, stains, etc. will disqualify an item for refund or exchange.
- Exchanges and returns are accepted free of charge within 30 days of the original order delivery date, as indicated by the tracking number.
You can change your shipping address as long as your order has not already shipped. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@wildinglife.com as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number and the information you would like updated.
We are not able to adjust addresses for orders that have already shipped.
If you believe your package was delivered to the wrong address or lost, please contact USPS and use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If they are not able to locate your package, please contact us at support@wildinglife.com to request a new order or refund.
Yes, we currently ship to the E.U. and the following countries:
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom.
$3 flat rate shipping for orders under $50 and free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. International orders are eligible for free shipping on orders of $100-$150 USD depending on the destination country.
